The Reverend John Robinson Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR or DAR) is named for John Robinson (1575 – 1625) who was the pastor of the "Pilgrim Fathers" before they left on the Mayflower. He became one of the early leaders of the English Separatists and is regarded (along with Robert Browne) as one of the founders of the Congregational church. Read More.
Our chapter meets during the months of February, March, May, June, September, October, and December. We have social time beginning at 10 a.m. and the meetings begin at 10:30 a.m. For more information about our chapter, DAR, or membership, please contact us. The DAR is a lineage-based, non-political women's service organization, whose motto is "God, Home, and Country." We promote historic preservation, education, and patriotism. |
